The Reactor Concept
What is Wordonor?
Wordonor is a Word Fusion Reactor simulation. The name itself is a fusion of reaction:

The Meaning of "ONOR"
"Onor" is an older spelling of Honor — meaning high respect, integrity, and distinction. We named it Wordonor to show honor to words, to the global community of word game lovers, and to the integrity of language itself.
Our Philosophy
Raw & Real: We chose a Neobrutalist design theme to strip away the "candy-coated" fluff of modern mobile games. It aligns with the raw, honest design movement embraced by Gen Z and Alpha. It's not about hiding behind cute animations; it's about the raw machinery of the game.
Calculative Mindset: This game is not a waste of time—it is a training ground for mind management. It's not just about finding words; it's about decision making. When do you use a "cool" vowel to stabilize? When do you risk a "hot" rare letter for points? It teaches you to balance risk and stability, a philosophy for life itself.
The Elements
In our periodic table of Wordonor, Letters are Elements.
⚛️ Valency (Letter Value)
Just as atoms have valency that determines how they bond, our letters have Values based on their "stickiness" or difficulty to use.
- Common Elements (A, E, I, O...): Low value (1-2), high stability. Acts like coolant.
- Rare Elements (J, Q, X, Z): High value (8-10), extremely volatile. These are your high-grade fuel.
Fusion Physics (Mechanics)
To be a top technician, you must master the four forces of the reactor:
⚡ ENERGY (Score)
The raw output of your reactor. Generated by forming valid words.
"QUIZZES" = MASSIVE Energy
🛡️ STABILITY (Health)
Your reactor integrity. Starts at 100%. If it hits 0%, MELTDOWN (Game Over).
How to maintain: Use Vowels and common letters to repair stability.
⚙️ EFFICIENCY
Speed and flow. Fusing words quickly increases your multiplier.
🌡️ TEMPERATURE
The heat generated by fusion. Rare letters (Q, Z, X) generate massive heat.
Thermal Equilibrium: Keep the core Temp between 35-65°C and Stability high for a massive 1.25x Equilibrium Bonus.
XP & Progression
Every game you play grants XP (Experience Points) based on your final Energy output.
- Level Up: Gaining XP increases your Technician Level.
- Rank Titles: Go from "Trainee" to "Shift Supervisor" to "Reactor Commander".
- Prestige: Higher levels show your seniority to other players on the leaderboard.
The Dashboard & Modules
Your console is equipped with advanced modules. Access them via the menu (Hamburger icon) or the footer.
👤 Profile
Your dossier. View XP, Level, and customize your Avatar and Country flag.
🎯 Daily Mission
A new objective every 24h. Complete it for bonus XP. Usually requires hitting a specific score or word count.
📊 Stats
Your service record. Tracks games played, highest energy output, average stability, and number of meltdowns.
📡 Comms Link
Direct line to HQ. Use this to send feedback, report bugs, or submit new word fusion ideas.
🏆 Leaderboard
Global rankings. Toggle between Survival and Time Mode to see who is the ultimate Commander.
🔔 Notifications
Your personal alert system. Organized into two tabs:
- Admin: Official announcements and system updates from HQ.
- System: Automated alerts—like when a rival beats your score or someone plays your shared challenge.
⚙️ Settings
Calibrate your console:
- Reactor Theme: Change the color scheme (e.g., Cyberpunk, Matrix Green).
- Sound: Toggle reactor hums and alerts.
- Stealth Mode: Hide from buddy searches if you're on a covert mission.
Tactical Support (H & S)
When you're stuck and the reactor is idling, emergency protocols become available. Look for the H and S buttons beside the word display.
💡 H = Hint Protocol
Cost: 100 XP
Requirement: 100+ XP in your account
Activation: After 15 seconds of inactivity, the H button glows.
Hint: If no words are found, the system auto-shuffles the grid for you.
🔄 S = Emergency Shuffle
Cost: 200 XP
Requirement: 200+ XP in your account
Activation: After 30 seconds of inactivity, the S button glows.
Note: Shuffle is more expensive because it gives you a completely new set of elements.
⚠️ Important Notes
- These features are exclusive to registered players. Guests cannot access them.
- XP is deducted immediately upon use—even if you don't use the hint word.
- Once used, the button returns to inactive state. Wait another 15s/30s for reactivation.
- The buttons stay active until you interact with the grid or use them.
Challenges & Protocols

Creating a Custom Challenge
1. Open Create Challenge from the menu.
2. Configure the Reactor Parameters:
- Time Limit: 30s blitz or 10min endurance?
- Instability: Start with a damaged reactor (lower stability) for hardcore mode.
- Efficiency Cap: Limit multipliers to level the playing field.
3. Generate Protocol: This creates a unique link.
4. Broadcast: Share this link via WhatsApp, Discord, or directly to your Wordonor Buddies/Groups.
Reactor Tournaments
Compete against all technicians in structured, time-limited events. Access Tournaments from the hamburger menu.
🏆 Weekly Reactor Overdrive
A fresh tournament starts every Monday at 00:00 UTC and runs until Sunday at 23:59 UTC.
- Compete across all modes (Survival, Time) and all difficulties (Easy → Extreme).
- Your best score in each category is automatically recorded.
- No extra steps—just play normally and your scores are tracked!
📊 Leaderboards
Each tournament has category-specific leaderboards. Filter by Mode and Difficulty to see where you rank.
📜 Historical Archive
Past tournaments are preserved. Review old rankings, compare your progress over weeks, and celebrate your growth.
💡 Pro Tip
Focus on mastering one category (e.g., Time + Extreme) to climb the leaderboard faster. Specialists often outperform generalists in tournament rankings.
Station Installation
For the most immersive experience, install Wordonor as a permanent station on your device. This removes browser clutter and provides a native-grid experience.
📱 Mobile Installation
iOS (Safari): Tap the Share button (square with arrow) and select "Add to Home Screen".
iOS (Chrome): Tap the Share icon in the address bar and select "Add to Home Screen".
Android (Chrome): Tap the three dots (⋮) and select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen" and then "Install".
💻 Desktop Access
Chrome/Edge: Look for the Install Icon (computer with arrow) in the right side of the URL address bar.
Once installed, Wordonor will launch in its own window, stabilized for maximum performance.
Social Protocols
Fusion is better with a team. Use the Buddies tab to manage connections.
🤝 Making Buddies
Search for other technicians by username or email. Send a request. Once accepted, you can track their stats and send challenges.
⚔️ Rivals
Found someone who matches your skill? Mark them as a Rival. They will be pinned to your dashboard for real-time comparison.
👥 Groups
Create a Squadron of technicians.
